Stephen is an entrepreneurial professional with over 10 years extensive experience in project and corporate finance. Stephen has handled numerous projects in the ICT, financial services, energy and real estate sectors from a modelling, due- diligence, structuring and fundraising perspective. Stephen brings significant experience to InVhestia clients from his past role as the Head of Research, Stanlib Eastern Africa.Stephen is the Private Equity and Venture Capital program lead at Strathmore Business School where he teaches on a part time basis.He holds an International Master in Business Administration (with Great Distinction) degree from Vlerick Business School, Belgium, a Higher Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Hons from University of Nairobi. Stephen has also completed professional courses in Certified Public Account (CPA), Certified Public Secretary (CPS) and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) level 2.
